Quiet little country setting. Just on the outer limits of the city. It does have a view over looking Bowling Green. I have owned a mobile home there for more than 10 years and the park owner's are great people. The park has come a long way and improved with Dane Builders as the owner's!
Couple minutes from the bypass, beautiful top of the ridge view but still shady.. well kept
It doesn't even have a sign that can be seen from the road and it was pretty run down and dirty looking
Lived here for several years, it's changed ownership a few years ago and the new owners are terrible to rent from
