Woodlawn Garden Apartments

I live here currently, and let me tell you, THANK GOODNESS IM MOVING. These apartments are extremely dirty, I see roaches and rats daily in my apartment, my food needs to be thrown away because of it, schools nearby are extremely bad too. Crimes always happen here, cops come here every time, it’s not even safe as they say, and neighbors are really mean, like my neighbor came drunk and ATTACKED my brother, let me tell you that man was an adult and my brother a minor. Please reconsider your decision of moving in here, because my honestly is to keep you safe.

this is not even really for the apartments itself but more for someone who works in the office, Kaela Blanco. i just moved out very recently and throughout the short amount of time i was living there, she was always there for me in the best ways, good communicator, open door policy, good listener, never treated anyone any differently than they should be treated and respected, and made my move in/out experience one of the best experiences i have ever had. make sure Kaela is taken care of the way she takes care of her residents.

So basically a couple years back I used to live in these apartments, and for people who are moving here I SERIOUSLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. These apartments have to be the dirtiest apartments in Fairfax county, VA. The reason being is that I lived in these apartments up to my 8th grade year and oh boy it has A LOT of bugs and roaches, AC and Heat do not work properly, neighbors are loud and I have a real good feeling that there are gangsters that live there for the amount of times police have been around these apartments or the area. I was supposed to go to Mount Vernon High School but THANKFULLY my family moved out before I could go there. If you have kids and live in the Mount Vernon Area I want to tell you that Whitman middle school is going to be a horrible school for your k

I live for more the 25 year in the complex and the last 5 years are the best service, the area itis more secure and clean.

So you guys must want me to call Fairfax conduct so they can look at the living conditions being offered and WONDERFUL maintenance served. I call and call and call, and you guys give excuses excuses excuses. This apartment feels as if it was 100 degrees. I am not playing. Fix THE HVAC system, or I will be giving a call.
