Woodlane Street Apartments

This is a nice quiet place to live. Friendly residents and the property manager is awesome. Has a nice and safe play area for children.

I have been a resident here 3 years out of the 4 they have been open. My son and I love it here. Staff is top notch and do their best to help and do for all residents regardless of ethnic backgrounds and disability needs. Maintenance has always taken care of whatever is needed and in a timely according to the importance of the need. He has always gone above and beyond what he is required to do and always friendly and well mannered. Current property manager has been nothing but helpful and takes pride in her job. You'll not find anything better. You will not find any issues unless you yourself cause one or not a friendly person and don't appreciate anyone or anything. Look forward to many more years here.

Love it here, very quiet area and the apartment is so clean. I haven't had any issues while living here. I'm very pleased with the environment and the office staff. From what I see there is a variety of people from different backgrounds living here and everyone seems to be respectful and mind their own.

Yes I lived at Woodland street apartments lived there For 6 years the manager was Very prejudice. Against black people treated me so bad my clothes would get cutter stuff Stuff stolen out of my appointment. The manager was not in the office she was working at another site moved out on 12 -7-23 The manager would work in a pine cross apt in Valdes north Carolina. I had pay my rent. She charged me Late payment of 17.75 And do not leave out the maintenance man. So I get a paper to day sat I owe them 01-24 -02-24 she what was going on she lay up with the Maintenance man in an office. SHe aint nothing but trash she don't know how to hand a business. I do not owe them nothing. My apartment was clean and I kept it clean for 6 years but I was treated like a dog no I would never go back and would

Great place to live, very family oriented! The maintenance is up to date. If you need something fixed they respond very quickly! Safe for our children ☺️ very clean! The apartments are very spacious. We have lived here over a year and couldn't be happier!
