Be mindful of moving here corporate are slum lords I stayed here for attire year they didn’t fixed anything I had/ have nats in the refrigerator maggots. They lied about every work order again be mindful unit 34 A they are gone possibly paint over the mold it’s bad through out the attire unit floods are still coming through the walls bathroom dining rooms area.

The apartments are very huge and spacious. They are rushing to move people in so they’re not prepared. I called them and asked them OK are you all going to closet doors where the laundry room is in the pantry in the kitchen and closet doors in the bedrooms they replied no OK you’re paying $1700 what are these apartments probably ain’t worth $1200 from what you’re getting my stove almost caught a fire a week after I moved in they brought me a second stove the second stove door oven door came completely off. I have put in a maintenance request. Do you think I’ve seen these people know every time they leave out of here something come up missing, my drill came up missing my stepstool came up missing so now you don’t want the maintenance people in here because now you gotta watch them my drill

I'm a long term resident. I have experience multiple property managers. Brittany the property manager and Keir the leasing agent have been amazing! My work orders are completed in a timely fashion. The community atmosphere has changed. I will like to say thank you Brittany, Keir and the maintenance team for always be available when needed and the pleasant experience.

This is the place that was on the news for rats and some units not having water. Disgusting!
