Woodland West Condos and Rentals

I’ve had a great experience living here. Maintenance is very responsive and always takes care of repairs quickly, which makes a huge difference. Since Michaela became the property manager, things have been even better—she’s done an excellent job. She’s incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about both the property and the tenants. You can tell she takes pride in her work.. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

My mom and dad they’ve been live in this apartment past 5 Years Wonderful Pl. saved they take care for court right away the manager she is wonderful Michaela. She is really helpful with everybody. We appreciate everything she do.

APARTMENT HAS RATS!!!! DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD FOR BS!!! Maintenance workers ripped up our carpet, we let them know and they STILL charged us. They charged us for normal wear and tear on the stove plates??? The upstairs apartment flooded into ours and they connected to our electricity to dry the hallway. Another time one of their apparatuses flooded into our apartment and got upset because we unplugged them from our electricity AGAIN to dry it. The apartment also had rats. Management is full of thieves, save your money and look for another location. Access to the highway is NOT worth the trouble we experienced.

I hate having to park 3 buildings away to visit my family

Loved there 4 years. Best run property I've lived at and Sharon is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Any statements to the contrary are just from entitled haters who didn't get their way after demanding they be treated like royalty but probably don't even pay their rent on time.
