Woodland West Apartments

Horrible place to live. Multiple sewer back ups in bathroom. Can’t get ahold of management. They don’t return calls. Just one thing among many. Only 2 years and I am ready to run. Neighbors are very disrespectful to vehicles and patio below them. Management does nothing. Hallway is a drug hangout complete with a queen size bed head board to use. Been there since December 2023. Tenants do not pick up after their dogs or put them on leases. BEWARE OF IT ALL! Forgot to mention my patio door that you can see daylight thru at the bottom. Reported it right when I moved in. Filled maintenance requests, phoned many times. Twice they have looked at it and said “yep, it needs replaced”. Still nothing done. I have video’s of everything. It doesn’t do any good. Woodland West is a great place to live. Two small building with 24 units each make it a manageable place to live. Each unit has a balcony or patio. The buildings are secured so you don't have people wandering in and out without being "buzzed" in first. The grounds are well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. If you work with them they work with you. I actually stop into the office to just say hello sometimes. Maintenance issues are resolved very quickly, usually less than 24 hours. All of my issues have been resolved within an hour or so. I've never had to call on the weekend but I know that someone is on call. You can submit your maintenance requests online. Cant get ahold of management, rust in the water, fire alarms have been beeping for a month now even with several people putting in a maintenance request. Only commutation with the place is a call number, and if you leave a message expect nothing to happen. Its worth the extra $200 to go somewhere else, wish I did.

We have lived here for almost a year now and have officially decided to renew our lease here. I have enjoyed living here a lot. I’ve gotten to know most of my neighbors on my floor and on different floors. There is a nice community of people here. For a 2 bd, 1ba apartment you honestly couldn’t ask for more. Communication with the property people is very clear. Anytime that I personally have had any questions or concerns I am able to call or email them right away and they respond shortly after. The return time is great, so you know that your questions and concerns will be listened to. I like it here very much and can’t wait to stay another year! Thank you guys for everything you do for this property :)

All parts of my experience with Woodland West has been excellent the few requests have been filled timely manner. All employees have been excellent.
