Woodland Village Apartments

My children and I have lived at Woodland Village for almost 12 years now. We never expected to stay so long. I am lucky to live in one of the buildings that has enormous greenspace on each side. We have a phenomenal yard! It's one of the reasons I haven't left yet. We had some problems with mold and water in the basement years ago, but that has since been remedied and hasn't been a problem since. For the most part, this is a great place to live. Maintenance is always so helpful and nice. We appreciate them so much. Management is better than it used to be and usually very prompt and helpful. It seems like things around the grounds are getting improved upon each year. They have excellent grass and it's always mowed nicely and they even put mulch down around the patio spaces. A+ for that! I would love to share that the Steve Brown apartments and their staff have gone over and above to help me and my little puppies to be safe comfortable and so happy. They always are there when I need something within sometimes minutes or maybe a couple days. I would recommend Steve Brown Apartments to anybody and everyone that might ask. I love all of them so much and I'm so grateful and appreciative of everything they have done for me.

My wife and I lived here 9 years. Moving to a new place because we need a 3 bedroom home now.

My sister lived her and loved it. If she loves it I love it. Very nice and clean with great grass

A good value for how close to Madison it is. Newer appliances would be the main improvement I would suggest.
