Woodland Village Apartments

I have lived in Woodland Village Apartments for over 6 months...I am proud to call this home!!! All the employees are attentive to my needs when it comes to repairs or anything for that matter. Responsive maintenance staff, modern renovated units, good location and pet-friendly atmosphere. Property Manager Ashley Procipio has a friendly and positive attitude. Ashley is friendly, helpful, and very professional. She is very friendly and great with the children in the complex, always doing something for them as well as the adults. If you have problem or any issues needed to be addressed she take time to listen and will do her best to get it done on timely manner. I enjoy the activities and the giveaways. Ashley demonstrates exceptional service and maintenance crews take pride in their work.

Hello to all the readers this is my third year over here at Woodland Village Apartments. I have enjoyed my time my stay here. I do recommend families for a size 12 or three bedroom to come on out. Fill out the application and enjoy the luxury homes is very affordable and accommodate all of your needs even for your pets such as dogs or cats. We have a wonderful pool. It’s a wonderful safe environment for the children and your pets and adults and again I have enjoyed my stay and still present as of today because I love my day. thank you for reading. Come on out. I usually don't leave reviews but I have to. If you're considering moving to Woodland Village DO IT. The community is peaceful, apartments are beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood is clean and neat , not to mention the property manager Ashley is amazing to work with as well as the Hispanic maintenance guy I'm not sure what his name is. I've been here since June and I don't have not one complaint 10/10 experience

I absolutely love my apartment. The apartments are very spacey and gave a cute layout. The glass mirror look in the bathroom makes it feel luxury. The location is goid and I love tgat tge community is very quiet. I think its a good place to live

I love this complex and it’s been my favorite in Fayetteville so far! Ashley is a wonderful property manager who replies to concerns in a timely manner and always has a positive attitude. I haven’t had any complaints living here and it is a quiet community which I appreciate. I recommend doing a tour and signing a lease here if you’re needing a good home!
