Woodland Square at Montvale

I want to give huge credit to the management team here, especially Rezi. He is super friendly and can handle any problem in the unit. If you come to Woodland square, you will find every staff member is awesome. **ONE THING THAT YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE OF IS TO PAY THE RENT BEFORE 13 DAYS OF THE INITIAL PAYMENT, UNLESS THEY WILL FILE A COURT SUMMONS: February rent was 2 weeks late due to a payment authorization mismatch. Although the portal initially showed no overdue balance, a court filing was initiated and $420 in legal fees were added. The balance has since been resolved. Renters should carefully monitor payment confirmations and understand the lease provisions regarding legal costs.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Rezi, the supervisor of the maintenance department, for going above and beyond. Rezi has been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout every interaction. His dedication and attention to detail truly make a difference in this community. I sincerely appreciate all the help and support he is a great asset to this complex

We moved in 4 months ago and, as Tony the Tiger would say, this place is GREATTT. Very clean and nice amenities. Right from the start the leasing people were terrific. I made some maintenance requests recently for minor stuff and the super Rezi (& his new assistant Jerry) were right on it. Came the same day and fixed the issues immediately. Well done guys. I would highly recommend Woodland Square.

The best place I’ve ever lived as far as apartments go and staff wise. If you are communicative and report things they do act with immediate attention in my opinion. I appreciate Jude the property manager but most of all the staff, from Rezzy (the super) is amazing. The front desk is second the none, Nasir, Mike and Will always have your back and go above and beyond.

I am using an alias to write this review. I doubt it will be posted for reasons to follow. The staff and personnel are terrific and the grounds and building are well maintained. The problem is the construction of the building and the lack of any proper inter floor sound insulation. The noise level from units above and adjacent is truly unbearable. Walking down the halls, you can very easily hear conversations within each apartment and smell cooking from each apartment. Complaints don't remedy the situations because these are structural issues. Unless a perspective tenant is considering renting a top floor unit, you will regret moving here. This is not just my experience, this is the experience of every tenant except those at the top floor. I will not be renewing my lease.
