We just moved in a week ago, we love our new home! Denise Dennis at the leasing office is so sweet and welcoming from the very start of the application process. Her smile and energy is contagious. I’m glad to know if I ever have any questions she is the one in the leasing office there to help!

If you get Denise she will get you right. She is a joy to speak with, knowledgeable about the entire process, and has wonderful energy. There was even a issue with the system after I applied and she had called me let me know what happened and had the problem fixed to my preference in just a few minutes. So exited to be moving here because the service is 10 of 10!! 1.5 month UPDATE: They are very fast to fix things in and out of the unit. There is a high bird population so not too many bugs. Parking can be tough if you come home later and I'll decide to not make the quick trip to the store to keep a good parking spot.

I have been at this apartment complex for 5 months now.it has been a wonderful experience. The office has always been so kind. And pleasant, my favorite person in this office is Denise. She's a wonderful wonderful person. Always friendly, always helpful. Always make you feel like you're the number one person in the world. I can't find a better person in my personal life that has treated me like a queen. I wish that more places has people like her. She really needs a raise and not because of her personality is because she's hard-working. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! For the 15 months my son and dil lived there it was nothing but rude, and disrespectful management!! When we did the walk through with them prior to move in, there were several issues (walls looked like there were large holes that had been patched and the paint was still sticky). The knob on the door from the outside was dented due to it hitting the end of the kitchen bar. The light fixture in the kitchen always flickered and was serviced 3 times and still didn’t work correctly. There were birds nests on the patio and were told they could not move them until the eggs hatched…there were no eggs but yet the birds crapped everywhere on the furniture, and walls. No one ever came to clean it up. As for safety…there was police presence there on several occasion

Moved in a week ago and my family and I are loving the apartment/ our new home. Ms. Denise Dennis helped us get all the info we needed and was a pleasure having her give us the tour to our new home.
