Woodland Pines

Woodland Pines has been the most unsatisfactory apartment complex I have had the experience of residing in. My husband and I were tenants for a period of 12 months. Despite reporting a pest issue on multiple occasions, we did not receive a response until we submitted a formal complaint. Over the course of five months, we encountered four separate instances of mice in our apartment, in addition to discovering mouse feces in the stove, ultimately leading to our decision to terminate our lease. Furthermore, every time we utilized the shower, smoke would consistently seep from the walls. Additionally, we found the maintenance personnel, Dave, to be unprofessional and intrusive, frequently entering our apartment without permission. Excellent experience, Megan the manager was very insightful and helpful. She walked me around and we viewed several apartments. They were all clean and orderly. I couldn't have asked for a better tour. The maintenance man was really respectful and easy to talk to which made me feel welcomed. I recommend anyone looking for an apartment at this time should go to Woodland Pines Apt. New management, new attitudes, respectful and compassionate towards my needs. Thank you Woodland Pines.

Please city inspector, pleeeease 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 This place was built in 1986 and it shows! The same plumbing and hardware since but they'll get made at you for it failing and threaten to evict you! Some simple renovation goes a long way.. Read the reviews before getting trapped, there is 100% roaches and mice here!! The amount of money I've spent because they don't schedule routine exterminators and on top of that a broken water heater that they will not fix!! The only thing I disagree with is the comments about Dave. It is in your lease agreement that they can enter whenever they want without consent so he is truly just doing his job.

We* my spouse and I have been real satisfied and the management has been outstanding. Meagan is a very good person* she is a get it done manager and is very personable. It should be mentioned it's comfortable and quiet,The place is highly recommended.
