Woodland Park Apartments

I had a very disappointing experience with the new apartment manager for 2024-2025. She scheduled the mandatory walkthrough for a Saturday, but since she wouldn’t be available, I was asked to come in the following Monday instead. I arrived about two hours earlier than planned, emailed her in advance, and was ready to hand over the keys as soon as she arrived. However, just 30 minutes before office hours, she sent me an email stating that I would have to pay for a full day's rent and that she would be reporting me to HUD (since I had a Section 8 voucher). I immediately called her to explain that I was already there and couldn’t give her the keys or complete the walkthrough on Saturday because she wasn't present. Never live there .Was helping someone try to get a place there. I was their counselor. They had me on the phone when they call to ask a question about the income limits and why they were denied. I didnt say anything The person was very rude and being disrespectful and smart with her. Just because a persons in need or low income or section 8 you should still treat people with the same respect you want. I think some people think cause they make decisions they can treat and talk to people any kind of way but God see all and them tables could turn any day. I just hope when they do you dont run into a person like yourself. Very rude and you know who you are and you should be ashame.ashamed. Living here used to be enjoyable until the new property manager arrived. She allows tenants to bass their home theater systems any time of the day or night regardless of the disturbances it causes for the neighbors. There is no justice here when it comes to tenants rights. The authorities can't do their job because the property manager refuses (or is just too lazy) to do hers. Don't move here if you're on a schedule or are employed unless you can live and work without sleep and can handle being harassed.

It's a nice quiet place to live 😄 people keep to themselves kids play outside and are very respectful I will say the park needs a little work but it's better than no park at all

They complain and lie alot they love to report everything to housing they only want certain people out here neighbors are complaining but what can we do had someone took our package that don't stay at our residence they lied we ask to see the cameras office lied said they don't have cameras in the hall way which is a lie because the office took my sons bicycle for being in the hall way and showed pictures please don't move out here too stressful trying to move asap oh yeah $300 a month for a fish aquarium they target people with section 8 vouchers
