Office staff is amazing. Application process was swift and I was approved within a few days. I even had online orders I had placed come early with no way to get them before move-in & they were so kind to hold them in the office for me.They went out of their way and it’s greatly appreciated. Apartment is very spacious and clean. A couple minor issues were fixed immediately. I have zero complaints!

Representative seemed inexperienced. Did not help us understand the requirements for renting the apartment. After recently moving from Florida to North Carolina my wife and I started new commission based jobs. In trying to give accurate income information some of our figures were off (not knowing how to answer how much commission you were expecting to make during the year). Instead of helping us sort through the discrepancies we were told that our application would be denied and there were inferences made that we were being dishonest. I was very offended at this. We feel as though we were being targeted at this point and any effort to remedy the situation would be in vain.

Staff were very informative, very open and upfront with communication. I enjoyed my tour. I would hope that the facility is kept up a little better, it appears gloomy dark and filled with debris. Overall experience was great.

This property was very clean and hospitable. I spoke with Courtney and Brittany during my experience and tour. 1st time I tried the self-guided tour. At the time of the self-guided there was not an avail unit to show. However, I called and spoke with Brittney/Brianna. She assured me there was a unit to show me. At my appt we went to look at a 2 br / 2ba unit. Very clean unit. Very nice just to have a tenant that had just moved out. I was impressed. I have a couple of more tours to look before making my decision. I am leaning towards this complex as my 1st choice. I want to thank the office staff for a wonderful warm invitation and welcoming atmosphere. Hopefully you will see me as a new tenant soon. God Bless.

About as poorly managed as it comes. They will promise you the sun, moon, and stars to get you to sign the lease and won’t deliver once you do. Also, maintenance would knock as they were opening the door. This happened multiple times. You’d think that waiting at least 5 seconds is reasonable, but I guess it isn’t to them. Really makes you feel “comfortable” in your own place. The only good thing about this place is one of the maintenance men, Rico. He is an amazing person and I feel like my experience would have been completely different if all of the staff were as nice as he is.
