Woodland Hills Apartments

This place has become a complete joke since new people got into office, I don't recommend this place to nobody. Been there 5 years and made a small mistake and they will pull arm and leg on you. I'm not a trouble person at all. So if you decide to try and live here watch your every move piece by piece and make sure you don't forget to tell them everything cause they will hit you quick.

Manager was very rude and she was not helpful. Maintenance stole out of our apartment. Neighbors had very similar issues as well. It’s dirty, the people are very loud, cops are in and out of there, and the maintenance just does not do their job very well, you can tell with the paint job, caulk, etc. Just overall not a very good place to live.

I lived here seven years and my cat got fleas from this place. There were also bed bugs at this place and I luckily avoided getting them. I just avoided the laundry room when I knew the building had bed bugs. Two different shootings occurred at the family units while I lived here. The main reason I moved out was because of those shootings. I lived on the same side of the building as the family units.

I am soooo happy here. Moved in this spring. I love my unit, it is peaceful, beautiful, clean, lots of room- big one bedroom, and I have lots of privacy. Beautiful landscaping and walking areas. I am very happy. Thank you!

When I moved into woodland hills apartment in Jackson Michigan the apartment was very dirty so I hads to do a lot of cleaning before I could even cook in my apartment, then after a few days I started itching really bad and I found out that I had bed buggs that were in the apartment from a previous tennent so the hired a person to get rid of the bed bugs, over the 5 years I lived there there were many problems like people fighting in the hallway and music being played very load but every time I complained nothing happened, also in the past year when ever I needed to do something in the office for woodland hills I would have to go to the office many times to finally find someone at work and on the apartment there is always trash all over the place like a bunch of animals live there,!!
