Woodland Heights of Greensboro

I had an amazing experience touring this community, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the staff. Jennifer and Hannah were both incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Jennifer did my in person walkthrough and was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough while answering all of my questions. She also went the extra mile to help make a third floor apartment possible for me, which I REALLY appreciated. Hannah has been just as wonderful she’s helped me through several phone calls, always answering questions and making sure I had the information I needed. I moved in to Woodland heights of Greensboro in October 2016 I love it here Jennifer the property manager is such a wonderful person. She cares and has aways been consistent. She goes way above and beyond. I remember a time when I first moved in. I think it was a few months into my lease when there wasn’t many tenants. There was someone or somebodies letting there dogs poop all in the grass near my apartment. Don’t you know Jennifer was out there with a bucket cleaning up that poop She didn’t have to do that nor should she have to but she did. That speaks a lot to her character. Jennifer is such an awesome person. My husband and I moved out of Woodland Heights in January this year due to new job opportunities in a different state. Staying at Woodland Heights was a fantastic experience for us. The environment is quiet, safe, and perfect for families. We always felt at ease knowing we were in a well-maintained community. There was plenty of parking, and the maintenance team was always quick to respond to any issues. The management was professional and reliable. Also, we received our full deposit back promptly at our new address. I highly recommend Woodland Heights for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.

We have lived here 2 years and absolutely love it. Jennifer and Hannah are the best and do such a great job keeping everything running smoothly. The apartments are HUGE. We love the size and storage that the 2 bedroom has. These are newish apartments about 10 years old I believe and they are kept in very good shape. The grounds are constantly being kept up and cleaned. I like that they also have a small laundromat in case you don’t have your own washer and dryer.

Nice apartment! The people on the office they always nice! Pick up the phone and help when anything you need. Is safe, pet friendly and clean.
