I wanted to stop by & mention How wonderful & amazing Ms.Sandra is!!! She went out of her way explaining everything & making sure she addressed any concerns or questions I have. The tour was really nice and I can’t express enough how sweet & polite Ms. Sandra is. She definitely left an amazing first impression of the community & I hope to be a resident very soon!! Thank you Ms. Sandra for being the sweet & amazing person you are! They are lucky to have you on the team!! I Also wanted to mention the two amazing staff members that wished me luck on my application journey on my way out. They are all truly so sweet & I’m looking forward to moving in!

Jabriel Porter has been an amazing property manager. Since he took over, the property honestly looks like a completely different place. The curb appeal has improved so much, and everything just feels more organized and better taken care of. You can tell he really cares and takes pride in the community. It’s made a big difference living here.

The service is very disrespectful they don’t take you seriously at all and take it as a joke. They take months to fix an issue people report. Front desk lady is disrespectful wants to be right in her own way and wants to make you look stupid. Manager is the same way.

I am a previous applicant who didn't qualify to live here financially because I didn't make 3 times the rent, despite the fact that I still could afford it. Because I didn't qualify, I was hoping to receive my admin fee refund of $100, which I was told that it was refundable unlike the application fee. It's been over a month and I have called sooo many times. They said I should have received an email in regards to my admin fee so I can choose how I want to receive it. I still have yet to receive said email. The people that work here rarely answer the phone, and when they do they don't help you, at least in my case. I've been living at Woodland Falls for for a month now and it’s been a great experience overall. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team is professional and respectful. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe. I especially appreciate the clean common areas, Parking is convenient, and there's a real sense of community among the neighbors. The location is also ideal which makes everyday life super convenient. Highly recommend Woodland Falls to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live. 10/10
