Woodland Estates Apartments

This apartment complex has been such a blessing for me. My boyfriend and I are college students looking for our first apartment. We were looking for a complex with a reasonable price that is safe and well-maintained. This place is exactly that. They were extremely accommodating by letting us tour the apartment twice and the application process was very easy. Janeth and Sandra were both so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. Any issues we have had get immediately addressed and I am very happy living here. Everyone in maintenance is professional and very nice as well. They do special events like farmers markets and food pantries to support their residents. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you Woodland Estates! 🤎

Had an issue with a water leak causing my water pressure to be low i called the office and they sent Leo to come check it out he came to my unit and got it handle the same day! He was very respectful and clean! He’s always very attentive and responds quick thank you guys!

Don Leo is just the best! He is so kind and such a friendly presence around the community. He is a friend to residents and staff a like. He’s one of the many people that makes this community special!

Mr. Leo seen my son Outside, struggling to get the snow out off my car. He came right over and helped didn’t ask no questions just jump right in and help. Thank you so much for taking time out your busy day to help get the snow off my car. Thank you for all the work orders that you come in and complete in my apartment.

Beware of this apartment complex!!! If you want something worth the price don’t rent here. They will give you a tour of the unit they are SUPPOSED to be renting to you and then give you a dirty roach infested unit. You’re better off renting a house for the same price they rent their units for. They’ll be way cleaner than whatever is living in their units. The “amenities” that they advertise are barely even operating. Only thing that LOOKS operable is the gym equipment but who knows if that works. They don’t follow up on complaints or any maintenance requests. The pictures they have of the complex is COMPLETELY different from what it actually looks like. This place needs some serious help.
