0 stars would have been appropriate. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN ANY WAY DISABLED OR A POC. THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY! My husband and I lived there for 3 years before thankfully finding somewhere cheaper and nicer to live. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to terminate our lease early. As two adult, intellectual individuals who can read, unlike the staff, we acknowledged and signed the contract, stating that we will gladly forfeit our security deposit and pay our early termination fee to get out of the mold-ridden apartment and escape the insufferable staff employed there. Upon receiving the bill, which was to only entail the security deposit forfeiture and our fee, we were met with an itemized bill of “damages” which, of course, were problems already brought

Before we signed the lease, we visited our apartment before and noticed that there was maintenance still working on the apartment and obviously the apartment was still not clean. Two days later when we signed the lease I specifically stated if a deep clean has been done since we saw the apartment. My wife and I were told it was deep cleaned and all ready to be moved in to. When we entered the apartment again, we could see that the carpets weren’t cleaned, the counters were dirty, grime still visible on the stove. The worst of this is that all of the drains were filled with black gunk and hair from the previous tenant. When trying to hang a towel on the towel holder, one side tore off completely. I have lived her for years. Absolutely love it. We love it so much my mother moved in years ago in her own unit. Lisa and Katie treat you like a friend, a neighbor as well as allowing me to print stuff. No better value around. Plus lately I have seen more improvements then ever before. LOVING like on the lake

Besides my loud upstairs neighbors its literally the best apartments in the area for the price. The staff is very friendly and most of my neighbors say hello passing by. The maintenance guys have all been great. Everyone is typically pretty quiet. If you say anything bad about this place its probably a lie. This place is awesome and there's a reason its always full.

Overall the apartments themselves are not bad, they're spacious, clean, and I have no complaints. The staff however, is HORRIBLE. They have poor people skills and are honestly just plain flat out rude. The "office manager" is a joke and talks to her tenants like incompetent children. I would not recommend these apartments souly on the office and staff. Just one example: the worst interaction we had was when we were late for our rent. Which yes, I understand we should not have been late, however, the website was down on the weekend the day before last call for rent (the 4th) so we went into the office on a Saturday, and they were closed. (They close VERY often on Saturdays when they should be open. Another example of bad staffing.) So we called them that Monday to get everything straighten
