I lived here for 4 years. The office staff were kind to me and understanding. The maintenance are always around and you never have to wait. The outdoors is beautiful and maintained well. The kids and I always went for walks around and enjoyed the scenery. They gave me a home when I needed one most and I couldn’t be more grateful. Don’t hesitate to make it your home too.

Deserves a much better rating. This place has made it possible for me to land back on my feet as someone starting over. It's quiet (as far as any apartments go) and they keep the grounds looking nice. I've never had an issue that wasn't quickly addressed. The ladies in the office are always super friendly. Even my super shy kid doesn't mind running to the office to drop off the rent check (getting to raid the candy bowl helps). The apartments are older but in no way falling apart and I can't find more fair rent anywhere in Columbus. They have security thay drives around through the night so I've never had any issues with my car or anything. The complex is connected to absolutely beautiful walking trails that it seems like almost no one utilizes. The trails even have a playground that looks

I moved in June 2025 My electric bill is 280.00 dollars because my AC is running constantly I have contacted the property teice and ehen maintenance comes over they tell me its fine I have my thermostat set at 78 degrees.I live alone and work so Im not here I am treated like I don't know what Im talking about and they could care less that paying 280.00 is alot for a 600 square foot apt.I am really disappointed.I know its hot but your ac should not run continuously. They could at least put s digital thermostat in to give better control. At this rate I veill have to choose between paying rent or my electric bill.I am very disappointed in this. They need to learn to listen to the tenants instead of making excuses if you don't want to fix it just say do.If I could get out of my lease I would move

My husband and I have lived here for going on 5 years and we love it. We have a 2 bedroom garden facing apartment on the first floor. The apartment complex is very cat-friendly, there's tons of wildlife right outside your window, the walls are thick so I never hear my neighbors, and everyone is friendly and nice. The apartments are nothing fancy, as they were built in the 70s and haven't necessarily been renovated, but they are well-built and clean. Whenever there is an issue and we call maintenance, they come and take care of the problem quickly. The communication from the office management to tenants is great -- we frequently see newsletters from them and we receive calls if we have packages in the office. I've recommended many a co-worker to check this place out and now have some of t

the Wood lake village apartment became a junk place to live/rent from. The place is not safe anymore, Strangers come over there and smoke weed all the time, the smoke inside the laundry rooms. The Owner or the management does not care about it at all. I lived there for over then 4 years. Since the change of the management the place deteriorated so fast and became more unsafe. they cancel a security service we use to have there during night time from 12 Am to 6 am. they stole so many cars from there including mine, management never posted anything or advising the tenants about what's going on in the area. I will never recommande the place and I will never every mention it to anyone. I moved out on February 28th 2022, they still did not give my deposit back. I will fight it till I get it bac
