Woodlake Village Apartment Homes

After living in a three-bedroom house for a year, my boyfriend and I decided to downsize and started searching for an apartment. When I toured Woodlake Village, I instantly knew it was the one. The apartments are clean, updated, and well-maintained, with three pools and an affordable, clean laundry facility. Our application was approved in just three days, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. I love the extra touches—like food and ice cream trucks that visit regularly. Recently, we had a termite issue (expected in a wood-built building), but the staff went above and beyond, covering our hotel and food during the four-day extermination. Woodlake Village isn’t just a place to live—it’s a community where residents are truly cared for. I’m so happy to call it home!

I just signed my renewal for the upcoming year here. I waited a full year of living here to write my review. We love it! I was hesitant to move here due to some negative reviews but I can now say with full certainty that it’s a lovely community to reside in. Maintenance is on top of all issues I have requested be addressed within a day or two, max. The facilities are very well kept. The leasing office is responsive and attentive. The residents with pets are respectful of the shared space and clean up after their animals. We always have plenty of parking spaces available. The pools, playground, and dog park are always clean. It’s a great complex and we highly recommend it to anyone looking.

This is a good community. They work with you and try their best to accommodate what you ask for. Gave me a big discount on my rent when I first moved in. Maintenance came and fixed everything I asked for and more. Pretty sure they are tired of me by now but they still come and help. I got a bug issue and they gave me rent free until my problem was fixed and hotel/food money. Seriously they went way and beyond on fixing my problem. Especially the manager Stacy there who was willing to hear and help me out. I really appreciate them. This place might get mixed signals but for how much they provide this is a good place to live in. Also very quiet which is what I like.

The place is infested with roaches, my dishwasher is moldy and broken, and the maintenance man did not fix it. My bathroom tub and wall are peeling. The floor in the kitchen is disgusting. The vinyl is coming off. These people don't care about your concerns. Please live somewhere else if you can afford it. I've been living here for years, and my apartment looks worse every time. My sink is molded because they said it had to be replaced entirely. Honestly, very disappointed by living here. Half the washers and dryers are broken, so people leave their clothes in till they mold.

I would like to give a shout out to all the wonderful staff at Woodlake. From all of the office staff. To the maintenance dept. for their loyalty and customer service with the tenants that live here. If you would like a nice place to call home and enjoy living somewhere that you don’t have to worry or be concerned about your safety or having your needs met. This would be the place.
