The property itself is beautifully maintained, and I was impressed with the quality of the amenities—especially the indoor fitness center. During my stay at Woodlake, I found many aspects of the apartment complex to be commendable, making it an overall positive experience. One of the standout features of Woodlake Apartments is its location. Situated in the heart of Kirkland, it provides convenient access to a variety of amenities. The proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational areas made it easy to explore the neighborhood and enjoy the local attractions. I’m so grateful for my manager’s Daniela help with my new apartment. She was not only professional and efficient but also such a genuinely nice person. She made everything stress-free, and I feel very lucky to have had her support!!! I’m happy that Daniela helped me with my new house!!!

I've lived in Woodlake for three years. I have no complaints. The location is great, the office staff has always responded promptly, and the maintenance staff has quickly completed all requested services. The neighborhood is quiet, and we've never had any problems with neighbors. We've never had parking issues, nor have we ever had lost mail. Since we're in WA, there's the issue of humidity, which can be easily resolved with a dehumidifier.

Took a tour with Jerri and she was incredibly nice and thoughtful. She gave me a great tour and a breakdown of what to expect for pricing etc. I enjoyed working with her, great customer service!
