Terrible they keep changing ownership but nothing is being fixed or changed but the rent keeps going up there is mold water and electrical problems not to mention insulation issues and people come in the middle of the night and break out car windows to steal your hard earned things from your cars no cameras or lighting in the lot would not recommend if I could give it negative stars I would.

The apartments are big, the neighbors are considerate, it's in a very safe part of town, there's nature surrounding the place. They just added a wheelchair ramp so it's more accessible. From start to finish the property owners have been kind, understanding, and very easy to work with. Maintenance issues get resolved on time. You can tell they care. I really enjoyed my time here.

The safety of the renters is a joke. A safety concern was brought up to the office and was told that "It was out of her hands and nothing that she could do and she would have to speak with the property manager". Yes, you do that, but don't be RUDE about it! Better hope that someone is not hurt in the process, due to negligence!

nice area. The apartments are well maintained and roomy. The Kitchen is small but a small table could increase counter area for food preparation. I would prefer ceiling lights in the bedrooms but that might just be me

HORRIBLE, UNSAFE and they do NOT care about their renters. My pregnant friend lived here, and there is NOT a rug in the entrance, and because of this they fell TWICE. When she reported this, they said and did NOTHING. DO NOT LIVE HERE, they will take your money, and will NOT make this a safe environment.
