Woodhill Apartments

I moved in originally back in April of this year, I had heard that where we were moving into, our neighbors recently had a severe rat/mice problem and that they were "taking care of it", but they have done nothing to fix it. They make you wait months to get put on their "spray list" and when they come "spray" they don't actually hire exterminators they just hire some crappy pest control to spray little to none of some store brand rodent repellent around the corners of the kitchen and just walk out. It has been 4 months, I have reported them to TWC and still they ignore me and all the many other tenants infested with rats. and clearly the rats and mice are used to the repellent cause I keep waking up with mice/rats in my bedroom. The staff is amazing! I just moved in and I don’t ever plan on moving again. The owner is very personable and caring. All the tenants I’ve met are nice. Anytime I have had a problem, they have been here immediately to fix it. The lady that does the move in cleans is horrible so be prepared to clean your own apartment moving in because she doesn’t care if you move in on top of anyone else’s dirt or not. I’m sure the office would have her come back to fix anything but I didn’t mention it - what’s the point? If she cared about her work she would have done it right the first time. I’ve also had other tenants tell me the same thing. I’m looking forward to the pool opening up. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live this is the spot! I just moved out of the Woodhill Apartments after living there for a year with my family. We were so happy and content! The office staff is AMAZING Rosa and Christina, they're truly caring about their tenants and just such great humans! I will forever be grateful for their gracefulness and kindness! In our apartment, we never had pest issues, our neighbors were friendly and quiet. If we did have an issue with maintenance, the maintenance staff was very quick to respond. 10/10!

This property is very well cleaned and the apartments look very nice. I use to have a friend live here and I never once heard any complaints and today I just met the ladies that work in the office Christine and Roz they are very sweet ladies. If I ever need a new place to move into I will come here for sure!!!

I’m waiting on an opening and I’m so excited to apart of this community! Everyone I have met is so nice and warm. The ladies in the office are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home. I’ve met the lead maintenance man and he is very personable as well. I’m excited to become apart of the Woodhill family. :)
