Woodhaven Villas

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Woodhaven Villas. The apartments are in excellent condition, well-maintained, and truly feel like home. The lease signing process was simple and stress-free, which made moving in a breeze. A special thank you to Elizabeth Danna and Pam, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel welcome right away. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, with very nice neighbors who contribute to the sense of community here. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and friendliness. I highly recommend Woodhaven Villas to anyone looking for a great place to live in Weatherford.

I lived here for 3 years. It was just my son and I and where we were located in the cul de sac stayed pretty quiet. When we moved in, the other three tenants had been there several years before we got there. Shortly after arriving they changed management and did so multiple times while we were there. The tenants that had been there a while left within 6 months of arriving due to awful management. The apartment that I toured was not identical to the one I got. I measured for my washer and dryer when I toured and they didn’t fit when I moved in. Constant parking issues- so bad that the cops got called and were beating on doors at 10:30 at night. Managements solution was to paint parking lines in the back of the building allowing for 1 parking spot per unit in the back of the building even th

We’ve lived here for a year and have very much enjoyed our stay. They keep the property very clean and well maintained. If weve ever had a problem, maintenance has been quick to respond and they get it fixed fast. Don has always been so kind and helpful to us, too. Overall, we love living here.

They are well built and cozy apartments. You are close to the freeway and most schools. The management is very honest and easy to deal with. They have several amenities including a dog park, pool, and a small playground. The cons. Are, it's very close to the train tracks. Later in the day parking is hard to find and blocks the street into a one lane road. You can easily hear your upstairs neighbors, if you're in a bottom unit. And lastly you have to get AT&T service they are the only providers in the area.

Overall just don’t get a downstairs apartment. They don’t care about noise complaints.
