Woodhaven - ICI Homes

We moved in a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the house and the entire experience! We started our process with Lisa, she made it super easy to understand every single detail and answered every question we had, she is still checking in on us and is a friend now! Then we met Lauren, at the design center, and she made it very easy to understand everything we wanted to do and gave us great suggestions on what to think about as we design our home. After that we met with Robert, our builder, who was extremely friendly and communicative through the whole process. The house is well built, with nice materials and things thoroughly thought out. The styles are nice and elegant.

While we did not purchase because the 3ft pool was a deal breaker our experience with Lisa Natanel was excellent. Lisa took a lot of time showing us the homes more than once, as we visited several times, and any questions we had if she did not know the answer at the time, she made sure to get us the information we asked about. Loved Lisa and had the pool been at least 4ft we would have purchased one of those beautiful well built homes.

Five stars seems not enough. Absolutely flawless experience with our purchase of the ICI home. Lisa was our salesperson and Robert was our builder representative. Can not say enough positives about both of them, felt informed and received constant updates. I would highly recommend you work with them if possible. Turnover of the home was a great experience with Robert being on the spot with any tweaks we wanted taken care of. All around, our best home purchase experience

I purchased a brand new home from ICI in 2020. Since the day I moved in, I have had multiple roof leaks. Four years later I still have leaks that have not been fixed! So many leaks!The ridge caps on my roof continue to blow off. The installers did not remove the plastic adhesive film before installing the ridge caps, so every time there is high wind, I lose pieces of my roof and water leaks in to my house.

Beautiful model home in Port Orange, but I found the salespeople to be not so friendly or too busy for us and it seemed they didn’t care or think they would get a sale from us. The male salesperson stated he had construction manager in his office and came out told us to look around and stated his colleague could answer questions. I asked him a question before he stepped away and was told it’s in the brochure. The female sales person stayed in her office the entire time we looked. We came out asked questions, felt like I had be persistent to get the information filled answer. She did attempt to redeem herself at the end and printed info (I’m not sure if it was because I mentioned we are Realtors). Just my experience, hoping this was just an off day. We would not return to this location or
