Woodhaven Apartments

Just moved in, and I am super impressed with the customer service at Woodhaven. The office staff listened to my needs and is quick to make things right. Thank you for your help Jeremy!!! The maintenance staff is also wonderful. Milton has been a dream to work with!! The property is clean and well maintained, and my apartment is beautiful. Thanks so much!!

Bluesky and Rob have done an excellent job here. I renewed my lease again because it's so peaceful and quiet. These apartment are a hidden gem for sure. I wish had moved here first instead of Northland Heights! No strange water bills or mystery fees, same bill every month is very nice!!

Living at Woodhaven has been great! Caleb with Apartment Life is awesome—he even left us a snack bag when we missed an event, which made us feel really welcomed.

I moved here in May 2024, 2 months after Cardinal Group started managing the property. I need to say that the apartments themselves are amazing. I love the interior features and the set up of my building. The maintenance team is fantastic as well. They are timely and respectful which is nice. I do have complaints though. Cardinal Group manages the property and they are the worst. I met the manager to view a unit days after they took over the property. They seemed knowledgeable about rental policies and motivated to provide a pleasant experience. I was initially impressed by their resident portal and the availability of information on it. I loved living here a few years ago. I lived in two different apartments while here. When I needed to move back to a one bedroom after a roommate moved out, the property manager Rob was extremely kind and accommodating to let me move back to a one bedroom during my lease. He eventually left, and I did eventually end up with some loud neighbors who smoked weed which was not great. Overall, I loved living here. The apartments in the back that face the woods have a beautiful view!
