It was single handed the worst place I have ever lived. I lived at apartment 57 we had the worst infestation of roaches for over 10 months I had to throw away everything I owned. It was the darkest apartment you couldn't see anything unless you opened the windows and then every homeless person, drug addict, and High School Student would look through the window and they smoke weed on the steps. They even asked for water and to use the bathroom. Someone crashed into my car while I was asleep I told the property management they told me it's not our problem, Kids would jump over spiked fences, scare me to death. Me and my wife moved in after living at the Renaissance apartments near by. It was like night and day. Very quiet, updated appliances and new AC. The wood floors, the marble bathroom sink, the enclosed balcony, and of course the pool, tennis court, and basketball. An amazing place to live. They have bbq’s you can use, corn hole and a kids jungle gym. I cannot express how much better it is here. Thanks to the staff and maintenance who are quick to repair anything. The complex is well maintained and has great lawns, trees, and flowers. In all the places I have lived this is by far the best.

Don’t ever rent from this place you’re better off going somewhere else. I’ve lived here for 3 years they are infested with roaches and the new management is horrible. I lived with a dead cat in my wall for months and could hear it in the wall suffering. They told me they couldn’t find the cat and waited until the cat died and it stunk for months and finally got it out of the wall. My car was keyed and I had to pay to get that fixed. The gates don’t work so homeless people just roam through the entire complex. I also caught a homeless guy showering in the pool shower and took it upon myself to tell him to leave because kids were around. Just do yourself a favor and don’t live here to say the least.

Avoid at all Cost!!!! just moved out of these apartments 52 and the unit had roaches, poor electric flow causing many electronics to short out. poor water pressure, Car Break-in, homeless were always going through trash. poor security, they upgraded all other apartments other than this complex always had a broken gate. constantly placed work orders to get things fixed such as heat and air conditioning, water heater, poor water pressure, stove/oven, always dealt with roaches. constantly had high school kids and druggies going to my neighbors. if your neighbor smokes weed there is no getting away from the smell as it gets into the apartment. last but not least to move out early they do charge a lease break fee to get out of there bad situation they created. of one months rent to cover your l

Me and my fiancé and our son have lived here for 3 years and we have had a great experience. The community director Tracy Knippen and the leasing agents Ashley Kopp and Cody Nilsson have always been super friendly and helpful to us. All the kids are always running around having fun it’s a family friendly place. Also all of our neighbors are great we have never had a problem here.
