The complex is beautiful and well kept, quiet and family friendly. Management and maintenance are very responsive, professional and friendly. All concerns and repairs are promptly addressed and resolved.

I love my town home! I love the management. Whenever something needed fixing, it was done fast. I have been here for 2 years, and i couldn't be happier. I have great neighbors. My overall experience here has been great. If you're looking to move here, do it!! You won't regret it. Nice community and near nice parks.

Great, quiet, and friendly place to live! I've been living here since 2022 and have enjoyed every moment in this community. Everyone is friendly and the management is great. i haven't had any problems with anything for the most part and if i ever do it gets fixed swiftly. I plan on staying here more years to come and definitely recommend as an option to look into if your looking for a place to live!

Paul (our leasing agent) was very helpful! He was very knowledgeable about the property and we appreciate his honesty in regards to the construction going on throughout the complex and the apartments that were available. We are super excited to move into our newly renovated home! **Update** We moved out 9 months later and the apartment was poorly renovated (very rushed) and our car was broken into right in front of our front door in the first 3 months. When moving out I requested to be present during the move out inspection but my request was never followed up on since we moved out on a holiday weekend. As soon as they opened the following morning I called and apparently the apartment was already inspected. We were charged $300 to repaint the walls by the lovely staff after living in

Just had a tour of one of the homes and it was beautiful ! Can't wait to move in. Brooke was a huge help and made us feel very comfortable during the whole application process. We brought our one year old and she was so understanding with the crazy that comes with a child this age!
