Woodcrest Apartments

I had to go to get my deposit back 4 times. They only gave it to me when I threatened I would take them to court. The apartment itself was gross and ventilation was really bad with black gunk spraying out. Never rent here because there are much better places close by only a little bit more expensive.

Old but fairly well maintained. Close to the park with a duck and fishing pond. The pool is nice sized and maintained well for its age. The apartments are tiled and have a back porch or balcony. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide ample room. The location is good, close to the park, two grocery stores, restaurants, best buy, veterinarian etc.

Clean, modest apartments. Some delay in getting things fixed however.

apartments are nice inside. Pool not open due to pandemic. one thing that I dislike is that all ground floor apartments do not have enclosed patios at the rear entrance nor is the property enclosed with a fence so literally anyone from anywhere around the area could simply walk right up to your rear sliding door, and given the area, that left me with an uneasy feeling. However, the property is heavily equipped with state of the art, high definition security cameras, as well as, 24/7 on-site security is also provided. Middle school, Park, fast food, Walmart and several other businesses are all within walking distance and access to Interstate is close by as well

Don't live here, only do deliveries. Dead birds and dog poop everywhere. Every time. Never fails. So gross. I could only imagine the lovely diseases for pets here. Yikes.
