Woodcrest Apartments

I love the manager and his care for his tenants happiness and peace. When I need anything done or any assistance, he always helps. Mr. Brandon always make sure that needs get met and that my family and I are comfortable. I love the environment and the unit. The apartment is very affordable for my family. I would recommend this property to all my friends that are looking for a place to call home.

I had a very disappointing experience with this leasing office. After submitting my application, I didn’t receive any updates for several weeks and had to repeatedly follow up about the status. I was given conflicting and false information multiple times, with the leasing agent incorrectly claiming that my background check raised issues, even though I have a clean record. Additionally, the agent never collected any of my supporting documents, making it clear my application wasn’t properly processed until I escalated the situation to the regional or district manager – three weeks after submitting my application and paying the $35 fee. Throughout this process, I found the leasing agent to be unprofessional, often absent from the office and engaged in personal conversations while tenants were

Pros: I love these apartments. They were really nice and very spacious. All appliances are included, even a washer and dryer. The complex was pretty quiet. The apartment manager, Danielle was extremely nice and was very helpful. When appliances needed to be fixed i never had to wait at all. Cons: i lived on the third floor. Overall, my stay here was great!
