Horrible Living Conditions Infested and Poorly Managed I honestly wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. The place is completely infested I’ve seen bugs, roaches, and even rats inside my unit. Management keeps saying they’ll “send pest control,” but nothing ever gets fixed. The maintenance team takes forever to respond if they even show up at all, and when they do, they just do quick temporary fixes instead of actually solving the problem. The walls and floors are thin, the air smells musty, and there are constant leaks and mold spots. It feels unsafe and unsanitary living here. I’ve had to throw away food because of the pests. For the amount they charge for rent, this place is not worth it at all. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with dirty conditions, poor

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. this is the worse apartments you could ever stay at. they scam, they don’t fix ANYTHING, it’s dirty, i’m talking about poop outside from the stray cats, roaches everywhere, and also a mouse problem, not to forget about the mold growing around the bathtubs as soon as you move in. they also like to go into your apartment when you’re not there and look around. it was a truly scary and horrible experience staying here at these apartments please run as fast as you can.

This place is the worst every single day there is roaches, rats, mice random strau cats & dogs, bedbugs,lice & many other bugs. The maintenance here take a LONG time to assist the situation they take between 1-3 months to attend your issues. The place it self is ghetto there is random dog & cat poop anywhere you go the place has a stench aswell. Overall, do not move here if you want to have the worse place to live especially if you have pets the bugs will infect them ive had 2 die already.

Management is very bad, if I need something fixed I always have to wait for almost 2 weeks and I end up paying someone else to come fix things. These apartments are bed bug infested. I came to live here and I have never had any bed bugs in my matresses.

Kathy is the property manager and she is very professional and has the upmost best qualities that a property manager can have. She was very supportive with my inquiries as well as Estella and Silvia. All three ladies are nice and professional. Apartments are not bad at all once decorated, you can definitely call this place home. Would definitely recommend !
