Woodbury Row

I lived here my senior year and it was amazing. Woodbury row is near campus and the area was a nice, safe area. The apartments were spacious and the bathrooms and kitchens were really nice. Maintenance was great, responding immediately to requests. Also, everyone was always super helpful and accommodating in the office. If you are considering living at Woodbury Row, I highly recommend it. It was the best decision I could have made :)

I was super impressed with how clean and well kept the apartment was as well as the building itself. This is the second apartment my daughter lives in and after the first experience we had at another apartment complex I came ready to spend the weekend cleaning and I didn't have to clean anything. I highly recommend Woodbury Row from the moment we met Amber at the office, how helpful she was to the day that my daughter moved in everything was a wonderful experience. Again HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I lived at Woodbury Row for three years in undergrad. The apartment was amazing and my roommates and I had a lot of fun living there. It’s the perfect location, short walks to campus, midtown, and downtown, plus there’s parking if you need it. It’s in the nicest neighborhood in Gainesville and was always quiet enough to study, even late at night. What really makes this place special is the staff. Amy is incredibly helpful with anything you need, she even helped me find my roommates which was life saving. In many apartments, if something breaks, you might have to wait a couple of days for it to be fixed, but not here. Terry was always ready to fix any problems we had and it was always super quick. I have lived at Woodbury Row for the past two years and have loved every second of it! The location can't be beat. I walked to class everyday. Never having to worry about catching a bus was such a relief. The historic character of my apartment made it instantly feel like home. I'm going to miss the original hardwood floors and high ceilings! I'm only leaving because I'm graduating! On top of all that the owner is genuine nice guy and couldn't be more reasonable. The Woodbury Row staff is also always friendly and prompt. If you choose to lease with Woodbury Row you won't regret it!

Woodbury Row is by far the best apartment complex for UF students! I have lived at Woodbury starting from my sophomore year all the way to my senior year of college. The staff, especially the wonderful property manger Amy have exceeded my expectations and beyond! They truly do make Woodbury a home away from home. Amy has always done her best to make me feel at comfortable, safe, and at home. Woodbury Row will always have a special place in my heart!
