So where do I start. On February 7 I went to see a apartment. From the beginning I informed the Jennifer that I had just saw another apartment. We preceding to put in a application with everything but my paystubs. I paid $170 application fee. $200 hold fee. Mine you the 7 was a Saturday. On Monday I informed Jennifer I would not be preceding with my application. She tells me it's been more than 24hrs so no refund. We'll I was willing to concede the application fee, but not to receive my $200 hold fee was robbery. Hope management doesn't allow there employees to to treat all potential renters in this fashion.
Mice problem .... All they do is put down traps the cheap ones that catch nothing but dust/ lint . This place is really going down some doors aren't even painted . The elevators don't work at times leaving you stuck inside & the property manager is extremely rude to his staff & us tenants ( You'd think he'd have some respect for his elders but no). Maintaince & neighbors are wonderful & friendly
They are abandoned. At the beginning of the month I visited my mother, and I found the maintenance lady at the window talking on the phone. I spoke to her and she ignored me. I asked her about the cleanliness of the place and she said that she didn't understand English and continued on the call with a somewhat annoyed, rather rude, face.
I lived here 3 years. Amenity fees are between $395 and $495 annually. In recent history, rents use to average between $1600 to $1900. Currently, the new tenant's rent is average between $2400 to $2700 plus residents have to pay a water bill. The water bill can average between $40 to $100 per month. We have very little to no control of what our water bill is each month. You will have to pay this water bill even if you use no water in any given month. There are no individual water meters in any apartment. In 2022, the landlord raised everyone's rent 7.5% and up. In 2023, the landlord is raising rents again. Any tenant who moved here since 2015 must pay the water bill. Any tenant who lived here before 2015 doesn't have to pay the water bill. All tenants share the same water meters. How do Wo
Some of my things were on the elevator broke. They didn’t seem to think it was an emergency so they didn’t come to the following day to fix. After they fixed more than 12 hours later they wouldn’t bring my boxes in my apartment. They left the boxes in the hallway. So l don’t feel that was acceptable for my first experience here.
