I would highly recommend family and friends to rent from Woodbridge Forest Apartments they accommodate your needs they are very family oriented the office manager and her assistant and the Matience department they are wonderful they all deserve a raise!! I recently transferred to a new unit at learner Morningside apartments, and the property manager and Ms.Dawne Dorsey made the process smooth and stress-free. Having lived here for eight years, l’ve noticed a big improvement in their service. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism and hospitality. Moved here in 2022. There were a few hiccups initially but, they were instantly been taken care of. Jose and Jimmy, who made our living here very much pleasant. They promptly took care of our maintenance requests. As far as infestation is concerned, this community is nestled between trees so we did acknowledge some insects were going to crawl in but, the exterminator did take care of that. Would take walks outside late at night and never felt unsafe even for a moment. A good and super safe community to move in to! Thank you Carlos, Jimmy and Jose for making our living here pleasant.

I moved to Woodbridge Forest in 2022, and while the community was initially pleasant, my experience has recently declined. I've lodged multiple complaints about my neighbors, who are consistently loud and disrespectful. Their children leave trash in the hallway and have vandalized the mailbox and stair rail. Despite reporting these issues to the property manager since the new residents arrived, the disturbances continue, disrupting my sleep and prompting me to involve the local police. Additionally, since plumbing work was completed in the apartment below mine in May 2024, I've been dealing with a drain fly infestation, which has triggered asthma attacks for both me and my daughter. The exterminators haven't resolved the problem, and I've asked the property manager to arrange for a plumbe
