Woodbridge Apartments

I hardly have a compliant about the apartment environment. So when I have a question or comment, I email or note it in the app. It is always addressed promptly and courteously by management or maintenance staff. Whenever I hear renters complain about their apartments, I can feel bad for them. But I always express that at Woodbridge that is never an issue; we are well managed by attentive, professional, caring people! Moving here was the best housing decision I ever made.

This place is ridiculous you got homeless people coming in these apartments going threw stuff an sleeping in the trash area. U also got people breaking into apartments an mailboxes an stealing mail. An half of the plumbing in these apartments aren't working am also leaking. We also had moisture in the attic an black mold also..

I've lived here for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I love the washer and dryer in every unit (it even comes in its own little enclosed area) and I love the 24 hour accessible fitness room. I think the whole complex is so beautiful and perfectly placed so it's right next to a bunch of stores, and the freeway. I'm very happy here.

We moved from Woodbridge the past month and lived there for 2 years. Management was great (at least the one when we moved in, didn’t get to meet the newer management) maintenance was great as well and responded immediately, in addition to being very nice and friendly. The area our apartment was located was relatively safe and we had quiet neighbors. As for the apartment itself, it was pretty old when we first moved in, especially for the price it wasn’t worth it. It was not expensive, but for the price it’s a pretty bad apartment. Lots of signs of wear and tear even if there was no damage in particular. Floors were old and needed updating, as well as kitchen and bathroom counters. Bathroom vanity and lights were all scratched up with damage. When we moved in, the carpets were pretty ol
