I have literally had the absolute WORST experience at their HOTELL COLEE property! I placed in a room with no working phone, a room that had a radiating noise every 2 minutes from the AC unit and directly on the 11th under the roof top bar which no one informed me of. So I have been made to endure piercing music until 3 am for 2 nights. I asked to be moved and stated that they were booked. When asked about the radiating noise, the front desk gentleman stated that EVERY ROOM IS LOUD LIKE THAT! However another representative called the engineer and he solved that problem, but my biggest concern is being stuck under a bar with no other options or even communicated with so that I could have simply said NO! I hate it here and cannot wait to leave in the morning!
