Wood Valley Apartments

I have been living here since April 2022. It’s very peaceful over here. Kelly and Kathy have been awesome landlords. They are very nice and understandable.

Amazing service! Everyone was so nice and efficient! They got us everything and answer all my questions thoroughly! I love love love!!

Kathy is amazing. She helped us move into a 3 bedroom townhome apartment while we were out of state. She made the process easy and quick. Thank you Kathy! We love our new place!

"Worst Valley" Apartments: If I could rate in negatives, I would. Don't even bother. I was lied to 10 minutes before signing the lease. These units have massive cockroach infestations, all types of roaches, are about 50 years old, and basically are barely suitable for human occupancy. When I left, there were several items in the apartment that did not function. Some of the units have bedbug infestations as well. I know this for a fact, even if they dispute this. The former apartment manager is now incarcerated, so I have heard, for fraud and embezzlement ( I cannot confirm this). Some neighbors I had now have health issues from the living conditions. I think there is a new manager now but I would not even bother inquiring. Just stay away from this "management company" and this property. I
