Wood Pointe

Wow—this community is absolutely gorgeous! It’s very clean, well maintained, and the staff is beyond exceptional when it comes to customer service. This community is definitely at the top of my list. I also had the opportunity to meet the property manager, and I believe her name is Kerri. She was so personable and friendly. It’s rare to see management step out of the office to genuinely interact with prospects and residents, and that really stood out to me. Highly impressed and highly recommend!

I had been trying to get in touch with Angela for 6 months, explaining my situation and needs and how important they were. She never responded despite all the calls and emails. I came for a tour where she basically told me she knows nothing of value or to help and I would have to check the site everyday to find out information. She admitted out loud that she knew I was reaching out and she just failed to respond and basically said oops. The apartments that she did show us had foul odors, broken doors for the closets, and nothing of what I needed, nor asked for.

I’ve been living at Wood Pointe Apartments for almost a year, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds are always clean. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The location is convenient, with nearby shopping, dining, and easy access to public transportation. The apartment itself is spacious, and I love the layout. It’s a comfortable and pleasant place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment in this area.

We have been living here for 5 years. The environment is a nice one. The complex is well kept and clean. Ms. Angela Nuby has just been wonderful to us. Her smile is infectious. She is very professional and very knowledgeable of her job. She always return our calls timely and try to solve any concerns that we may have, making sure that we are satisfied. Ms. Angela has made our living experience here a welcome and comfortable one.

Found this place on apartments.com with a little less than two weeks to move out, every other place was charging so many fees for such outdated apartments… Amanda was such a helpful manager and got me both a place with the layout I wanted, the price I could afford and got me a super quick turn around on the paperwork so I got approved in time to move out of my old place (1800 at Barrett lakes -1000/10 don’t recommend ever!). Super quiet for being on the second floor, and spacious layout plus granite countertops and smart rent to unlock/lock & control your thermostat all by your phone!! Amazing place overall
