Wood Bayou Apartments

1st of Esther the manager sucks. The one with the mustache. 2nd when we moved in the garage had a roach infested fridge. The tubs were painted on to hide rust. 3rd vehicles were burglarized and on a different date our catalytic converter was stolen. I emailed Esther asking if they had any cameras. No. I emailed her saying we might be moving out. Our downstairs neighbors also gave us alot of issues with the parking when we had been told there was no assigned parking. We left that apartment squeaky clean than from when we rented it. Three years later we are now being charged for past due rent even tho when we left we were all paid up. Owners, DO BETTER.

Wish i could give them Zero stars . They have the worst management from the old property manger Connie to the New Rude property manger Esther to her manager Kimberley . They are not helpful at all. NEEDS NEW MANAGER . Even reached out to Kimberley corporate manager and No response. How are y’all even in a mangers position

The apartment community is awesome! it’s quiet & Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. With that being said The management is horrible! The leasing office is only open Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 10am until 3pm, they never answer the phone, & property can’t seem to keep permanent managment. Work orders never seem to get done.

I came to put in an application for one of the three units for lease however before I could ask the Hispanic lady says" we're leased already" I think that maybe they have there quoter of my skin tone. Sucks

Just not worth over a $1000!!! COME ON MS ESTHER👀 When u have a new move in Uou should make sure that the entire apartment is rehabbed a looking nice! 😳smh
