I have lived here at Logan house which is managed by Wong properties close to 30 years and have seen many changes throughout this neighborhood. . The current managers, running my building, have been very good . We may not be the most modern, but we've got good clean facilities. No bugs. No outside neighborhood, bad elements coming into the building.. Maintenance is always prompt .Thank you, Logan house management team especially in this last year, you've been so proactive and helpful . Adding to this review as of 9/30/25 We now have a camera installed in our front entrance. Along with a keypad for our outer doors, which is now increased. The security of our building and only made it better to live here, also in the last few months. We have gotten upgrades on our laundry facilities, and we

I have been living here for a little over 2 years. The ladies at the management office have always been very sweet and understanding. Maintenance requests have always been answered right away. I have had zero issues. The price is hundreds less than other nearby apartments. I live at the ambassador west located within blocks of three grocery stores and several other shops, bus stops and Cheeseman park.

Failure to maintain building and livable conditions, even with picture proof and patience , your needs will be put off. If your okay with living with roaches, move in.

Wong properties’s is a wonderful management company. I have lived in one their properties for 10 years. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Denver and surrounding areas. A++++ Quick maintenance response , main office located in Denver, phone or text communication response is super timely.

We live at Grandview Tower, the building is a little funky, vintage high rise. Our Maintenance Engineer Alton is seriously awesome. He really goes above and beyond and you can tell how much he truly cares about the property and getting things done the right way. In an older building like this things come up but he is so responsive it’s never an issue.
