Lived here for 3 years, it was very nice until they brought that 3 day rule due to other people not paying rent, I feel like that was very wrong, why hold other people accountable due to other residents not paying rent, also the place started to get infested with roaches, which I’m sure was from other neighbors because my unit was always clean, unfortunately they only sprayed our unit and didn’t spray the entire building so they were never gone.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this unit. Since I moved three months ago I have been waiting for a response regarding my maintenance. When I rented the apartment I asked that it be delivered to me in perfect condition, which was not the case. I don't know why I'm Hispanic/Latina they ignore me but I have the same right to provide a full deposit for which I expect a completely remodeled unit. because it seems that those who lived here were destroyers and damaged the unity as they wanted. I hope that at the end of the contract they will return my full deposit. because the folder is old It is a very quiet community to live in without noisy neighbors, it is an excellent area but I had no luck with the unit they gave me

I lived there and we had constant random walk ins with no notice. The only thing other than that I would say was an issue was bed bugs…I’m not sure if they were the neighbors or what but I know other people in the building had them. Nothing was ever done about them.

Such a beautiful place! Nice quiet and clean. A perfect home to call home.
