Wisteria Ridge Apartments

I’ve lived here for 5 months and I can assure anyone interested that this is a perfect place to live. It’s as safe and well-kept as can be, Hope (property manager) is very understanding and helpful in getting maintenance issues quickly dealt with, and it’s a really friendly community with the other residents. The surrounding Watkinsville area is really safe and has plenty of amenities while also being small and not too busy. There’s a Publix really close by for groceries, and great areas to walk/run going into downtown Watkinsville. No pest or mold issues like I’ve had at other apartments. It’s a really great spot.

I have lived here for over 2 years and absolutely love it! While there have been some issues with the complexes due to new construction, Tiffany does a fantastic job of keeping the community in the loop and addressing any problems/maintenance in-unit. With it being so difficult finding a complex with responsive and attentive management, this is why I've stayed at Wisteria Ridge!

- Update - We now have flying wasp type insects coming into the house, no idea from where, along with what appear to be yellow jackets. My assumption is that, even though the windows are closed, this place was built so poorly that the bugs are simply crawling through the gaps of the misaligned windows. I believe this is probably the case because the complex had to replace dozens of windows in multiple units after a hard rain since the water was coming through the walls due to poor window installation. We’ve submitted a work request 10 days ago to have this addressed along with a metric ton of bird droppings on our patio to be cleaned. To top it off, there’s a dead bird hanging from the lip under the roof of the patio. No response from the new property manager, even though we have made it

Best apartment complex! I highly recommend. I’m renting in Watkinsville to help with my grandchildren. I’ve made many friends here in the complex and so have my grandchildren. The apartment playground is proving to be a wonderful gathering area for the various children…and adults. Tiffany is a very attentive and responsive apartment manager. The complex is also very pet friendly.

When doing the moving out inspection a few hours early, I asked Tiffany if everything was good, and she said it was. I did the move out inspection early to fix any issues. Later on, we have a bunch of charges on the move out inspection. We called Tiffany and told her that we did the move out inspection early so that we could fix any problems and also why are there problems if you said everything was good?? Tiffany said that "just because I said it was good doesn't necessarily mean that it is." Let this be a lesson for anyone. They will change and twist everything they say to fit their narrative. Property management CKTK Capital LLC was the first to manage this propert. They had no support system or anyone to manage the property besides Tiffany. Tiffany does not have the experience required
