DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU OWN A CAR. The management and your future neighbors have nothing better to do than police public city streets that they do not own. My car was legally parked on the public street adjacent to the property for one week. It was not blocking any driveways, not in a designated spot, and was in full compliance with all city ordinances. Instead of having the common decency to speak to me first, the property management (or a petty tenant they enable) decided the appropriate response was to CALL THE POLICE. Yes, you read that correctly. They called law enforcement for a non-issue, wasting city resources and resulting in me receiving a completely unjustified ticket. I loved living here with the beautiful view out the kitchen windows, and the beautiful island with the sink. Huge living room. The manager is nice and when I needed something to be fixed it was got fixed. The hallways are cleaned weekly and if there is any damages in the hallway from move in or move out it gets fixed. I loved my own special parking spot too. Anyone who wanted to pay for private parking spot got one. Close to a park too just down the block.

Do not rent from here if you would like your security deposit back when moving out. I moved out September 2025 and still have yet to receive it. Not even professional enough to answer calls/messages as to why i haven’t received it. I have proof of my unit not being damage amd proof i didn’t owe any fees. Still nothing.
