Scott and his team completed several remodeling jobs for us in our 1st house, We then had an opportunity to move into a house that was built by Winthorpe. Since then, they have completed several additional remodeling jobs including a finished basement and a screened in deck. I have complete trust in Winthorpe, rely on them for suggestions and have never been disappointed.

Winthorpe was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We were originally attracted to Winthorpe to build our home because of their amazing reviews and great attention to finishing details. They made the whole process very easy from planning to breaking ground to finishing. We came with a concept of what we wanted our home to look like, and they listened and were able to incorporate their touches to really make the vision come to life. What was really great is that they always tried to find ways to say yes to our ideas where other builders we have worked with seemed to write off the ideas as too tough or not possible because they weren't easy. We started with a piece of land but ended with our forever home and couldn't be happier. Cannot recommend them enough.

We worked with Winthrope to build a primary suite addition to our home and were very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the final result. During the construction phase, the project moved along steadily and there was a lot of thoughtful consideration in the planning and sequencing of work. There was also a lot of consideration to minimize disruption to our family which we really appreciated. We developed a great relationship with our project manager, Jerry, and was able to ask him many questions and learned a lot from his expertise and experience. Jerry worked seamlessly with our designer Krag, to handle all the preparations for each phase. When we decided to do a kitchen addition, my first choice was Winthorpe Design & Build (mainly because my coworker )After a little sticker shock, we moved forward and were absolutely delighted with every aspect of the job. working through the design with Krag was actually fun .The timeline estimate was 4 1/2 months and it was close. Scott and the rest of the team were very easy to work with. Dave Was our project manger and really enjoyed him and his crew in our home everyday and the subs were excellent and were courteous and respectful. The job turned out wonderful and we are happy that we did it. I would definitely recommend Winthorpe for your next project.

My Wife and I recently went through an extensive renovation of our home which entailed moving our kitchen to a different location, expanding a bedroom, remodeling two bathrooms, adding a bedroom and an office, and adding a den. Everyone on Scott'S team was amazing! They worked within our budget, gave us numerous options, and they were extremely accommodating considering we lived in our house during the renovation.
