Wintergreen Apartments

These apartments have been a nightmare nothing but problems the plumbing is the worst the pipes in the wall sound like knocks it's been going on for years I been here 12 years finally getting out then they also come in to your apartment every month and they don't do anything most of the time and everything is falling apart the big one is the noice coming from neighbors kids playing on your outside on your stairs late at night also people slamming the front doors shakes the building I complained so many times but management never does anything about it I could go on and on so really people do your research before moving in o also the sewage smell it's making us sick its awful 12 years of sewage smell most of the time at night and but sometimes during the day in the summer you want to keep y

If you like mice this is a good place to move. Mice are coming in to the apartment through a holes in the walls. They sent an exterminator and he was great in setting traps and removing the mice. However, he said the holes need to be closed in order to take care of the problem. Three months and ten mice later, the manager, after many of our requests, has failed to send someone. I am ready to just take care of the holes mysel but I don't think it is fair to pay $3,000 per month for rent and on top of that pay for repairs that are the responsibility of the company that owns it.

Yikes... Termites, black widows, disrespectful and loud neighbors and they keep raising the rent beyond what's reasonable. Don't bother moving here, you'll just have to move again in a year.

Been here for almost two months and hopefully moving out soon. It smells like sewer every night it is so gross very unhealthy and it makes me sick to my stomach, theres nights that I can't even sleep because of it.
