I lived here for over a year! Plenty of people would call emergency maintenance and no one would ever answer. We had human feces rolling down the road and no one there to fix the problem. We had to call county just to come out and threaten them with fees. In side the townhouse our living room carpet kept getting soaking wet and smelled like cat pee. They came in pull the carpet up and put a new one in just to getting soaking wet again because they never fixed the problem to begin with. There was a huge crack in the foundation. Oh to make it worse we even had doctors tell this place that it’s bad for a pregnant woman to breathe in and they didn’t care about that. Now that I don’t live there they are trying to charge me with all this stuff and I don’t even live there. These places are nasty.

I moved here in January 2025 and have rented at various places over the years, but this community truly felt like home. The staff in the rental office are warm, approachable, and genuinely care about residents. They are responsive and proactive when it comes to addressing any concerns. The maintenance team is efficient and reliable issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, I'll be relocating in July due to work, and I'm genuinely saddened to leave. This has been one of the best rental experiences I've had. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live it's truly a hidden gem. If you don't mind tracking dog poop in your house, then you're moving into the right place. Management been notified numerous of times about the same lady allowing her black and white dog run loose in the where the kids play at. She never pick it up.

SENSE BEING HERE I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD I KNOW FOR SURE THAT I HAVE PUT WELL OVER 50 WORK ORDERS SENSE I BEEN HERE ABOUT THIS APARTMENT NOW I HAVE A MOLD ISSUE THAT IS CAUSING MY APARTMENT TO SMELL AND I ONLY BEEN HERE SENSE FEBRUARY THE HOUSE IS DAMP BECAUSE OF A WATER ISSUE BEFORE I MOVED IN AND IM BUTING DEHUMANIZERS WHEN THE RENTAL OFFICE SHOULD BE PROVIDING THAT. THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CAME OUT AND SAID IT WAS MILDEW I DONT CARE WHAT IT IS I HAVE A YOUNG CHILD! I CANT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!

They were, great and quick! Left me satisfied for my first apartment.
