From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring every step of the way. David, Bonnie, Amy, Jerry, Kevin, and Dante were all incredible to work with. Each of them brought their own expertise, support, and kindness to the process, and they truly made us feel like we were in good hands from day one. One of the things that really impressed us was how on-time everything was. In a project as big as building a home, it's rare to have things run so smoothly, but Winsor Homes delivered exactly when they promised. Couldn't ask for a better team of people to work through the homebuilding process with. I would recommend Winsor Homes to anyone and everyone looking for a reasonable and quality home. They helped us with absolutely every aspect of our project, and for that we are so grateful.

Winsor Homes came highly recommended from the few reviews I was able to find, and the input from the local tradesmen. Bonnie is incredibly knowledgeable about all areas of the build - if you can get to speak with her. Just the very initial planning phase took 6 weeks to get pricing that ended up being nowhere near what we wanted. After meeting and getting a better idea of the direction we wanted to go, she disappeared for another week on vacation with no one to fill in. The owner David was kind enough to respond with, "we're busy and houses are expensive". Less than impressed with the entire customer service experience thus far. I don't even want to think about his bad an entire build could turn out.

Beginning in 1996, and again in 1999, and most recently in 2018, I have contracted with Windsor Homes to build me a home (3 houses). Honesty and Integrity (i.e. Delivering what is promised, on time, with attention to detail) defines Winsor Homes. If I ever needed another house, I would use Winsor Homes without any hesitation.
