I only have top praises and gratefulness to Julie Ann. She made sure that the homes she showed us had the the options we were looking for in a property. She tirelessly took us all over Las Vegas from North to South from East to West. She was out to please us and help us. Since we’re first time homebuyers, she also guided us and explained all the nuances of buying a house. She expertly negotiated with the seller and the lender too. There were times when we already felt so sorry for her that it took us a long time to find the right one. BUT, WE FINALLY DID. :). When we buy our second house, she will for sure, be our realtor!!!

I've only been living here a few months but I must say the turn around I've seen in just the few months I've been here has been nothing short of amazing! The property grounds are always clean and kept in tiptop shape. Any maintenance problems I've reported have been fixed in reasonable time. The neighborhood may not be the best. But the neighbors are great and everyone looks out for everyone. Brittany Waggener is an amazing landlord. She doesn't pester or hound you but anything you report to her is fixed expeditiously. I had a leak in my kitchen that needed to be fixed which put my kitchen out of use for a few days. And she accommodated my family with no hesitation. Would definitely rent from her again and I'm always referring people to her!
