Winn Residential TND Rental Office

I must say that the apartments are very beautiful. But as far as the maintenance department and getting things done correctly blows my mind that they don't know what they doing. They don't know where the water filter for fridges they don't know which one it is when half of the apartments has the same refrigerator as the whirlpool they knock on your door when you tell him to call they just beyond very unprofessional and the fact that their maintenance and not know what they doing is beyond my my mind just blows my mind completely. You call and you leave messages they never return your calls they never they never do an update to check on you to see how everything went well they came to your door what nothing but they do expect their rent to be there on the day supposed to be the only bright

When I went there every one was so helpful and nice and respectful I wait a lil bit but someone took care of me and the one took care of me was nice thank you

All rude over there specially the person in front desk now,I did application on 2016 not respond until now it's very bad management

The most horrible company I’ve been here two months. I have no heat in my house. It’s infested with mouses and roaches and they told me there wasn’t any no one contacts you back no one cares the maintenance men hang up on you. They’re very rude. The people in the office don’t care they don’t let people know what’s going on. This is the worst company to rent from, so guys turn around and run. I’m going through a lot trying to break my lease and get out of here.

My wife reach the top of the waing list on June they call me to see if I was interested and yes I made the appointment to see the apartment I got there to wait for the person and the person never pick up the phone i call her about few times they never return the call so corporate or management or people In charge should call so I could explain the situation.
