New management has made such a difference for this community. Edward and Jose are doing a great job. The apartment renovations are a major improvement and you hardly miss the lack of some amenities that we're used to in newer apartments. Loved my tour of this property and location can't be beat. Gulfgate shopping is down the street and downtown Houston is minutes away.
